Effective immediately, if you notice a discrepancy in the amount stated on your invoice, please use one of the following options to submit your verification request:

  • Use the link provided directly on your invoice

  • Or access our Dispute Form on the Hapag-Lloyd website:
    (Please note: user registration is required to use the form)
