Hapag-Lloyd informs about consistent Documentation Cut-off regulation effective September 1, 2012
In order to ensure accurate manifesting and identification of cargo on board our vessels, it is important that we receive shipping instructions accurately prior to vessel ETA.
Effective September 1, 2012 Hapag-Lloyd will introduce a consistent documentation cut off for Intra-Asia Shipments.
From Monday to Saturday, the documentation cut off will be set at up to 10 working hours prior to the arrival of the vessel in port ( working hours being 08.00 to 20.00 hours from Monday to Saturday )
For Areas with Late Shipping Instruction (LSI) fee:
Any documentation received after the advertised documentation cut off will be subject to the late shipping instruction fee ( LSI ) currently in place at CNY 200.
We thank you in advance for your support in ensuring timely submission of your shipping instructions.
