Hapag-Lloyd informs about the beneficial new features.
We would like to inform you that with effect from April 21, 2013 you will see a new look to the USA Import Arrival Notice.
Some beneficial new features are found below:
- Contact Info Hapag-Lloyd Import Customer Service
- Cargo Clearance Location
- Customs In-bond Information
- In-bond (I.T.) number
- Issue Date
- Number of pieces
- Clear Destination
- House Bill of Lading and piece count (if manifested by Hapag-Lloyd)
Where possible the Arrival Notice will include all relevant collect charges due for payment however a separate Import Invoice will be sent at the same time as the Arrival Notice. Instructions for payment will be found on the invoice.
