Hapag-Lloyd will introduce a consistent documentation cut-off for Intra-Asia shipments effective September 15, 2012
In order to ensure accurate manifesting and identification of cargo on board our vessels, it is important that we receive shipping instructions accurately prior to vessel ETA.
Effective September 15, 2012 Hapag-Lloyd will introduce a consistent documentation cut-off for Intra-Asia shipments.
The documentation cut-off time will be set at up to 10 working hours prior to the arrival of the vessel in port.
We wish to inform you that with effect from October 15, 2012 a Late Shipping Instruction Fee (LSI) will be introduced to offset the additional resources required for the processing of late documentation.
The LSI Fee of MYR 50 per set will be applicable to all shipping instructions received after the advertised documentation cut-off.
We thank you in advance for your support in ensuring the timely submission of your documentation as we work to provide you with timely and accurate documentation for your shipment.
